Let’s chat about WORKOUTS

I decided that this year is my fit girl year. I’ve been getting plenty of questions about my routine since I’m posting tons of stories throughout my week. So I wanted to share my current workout routine with you all.

Late 2022 I tried reformer pilates for the first time and instantly fell in love with this workout. I go to Lagree West in Vancouver. It’s a really great workout for toning that doesn’t involve huge workout moves. It’s all slow movements to really work those muscles. It’s also awesome for anyone who wants to workout during the day but doesn’t want a huge sweat.

I have a Lagree membership, so I go twice a week currently. There’s plenty of locations around Vancouver, but you might be able to find a local Lagree studio in your neighbourhood as well.

I recently started going to House Concepts in Vancouver. It’s still new to me and I haven’t tried all the classes yet but I’m loving it so far. Guest House workouts are definitely my go-to. I like the Sweat & Sculpt or the Arms & Abs classes. They off so many great workouts such as strength training and boxing too!
