Vancouver Travel Guide
Why do I want to visit?
First off, Vancouver is truly the place that I always will call home. It is such an amazing place in so many ways. If you need a dose of west coast vibes and nature, this is definitely a good place to visit. It’s also a place where you can really choose your pace. You can get a lot out of Van even if you take it slow, but there’s also lots to do if you’re more of a fast-paced explorer.
How long do I stay?
There’s no perfect answer to this but I would recommend staying at least 3 nights if you’re just looking to stay in the city of Vancouver. However, if you’d like to see more for example, Whistler, Victoria or the Okanagan then I’d consider staying a week and exploring a bit more of British Columbia!
Where do I want to stay?
I would recommend staying downtown for the convenience, good downtown neighbourhoods to look at are: Coal Harbour, Yaletown, and West End.
Hotels:
JW Marriott Parq, Westin Bayshore, The Burrard, Fairmont Waterfront, Sutton Place Hotel, Hotel Georgia
